Shipping & Delivery
Once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t received your package within 5-10 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. You can also use https://www.17track.net/en to track you order.
Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMETABLE
Shipping method will vary depending on ordering country and item ordered. Methods include shipping through DHL, USPS, USPS partner (epacket), Singapore Air, and the customer’s local registered mail.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and what item(s) you ordered. Because we ship directly from our partners’ facilities from various countries throughout the world, please allow between 5 to 10 days for your purchase to arrive.
Currently, we do not offer faster shipping times, but that option will be available in the near future as we continue to build our fulfillment infrastructure. Thank you so much for your understanding and we promise your patience will be rewarded.
For international orders (and in very rare occasions, US and CAD orders), delays can occur while your purchase is in transit or can be held up at the local customs office so it’s possible to take up to 2-6weeks for an order to be delivered.
